  1. Dori, You put so much of yourself into this painting. Everything is here in all its magnificence! So much activity, so much feeling. Freedom comes and all is well.
And a special thank you to dear Foxi for remembering Miss Emma!

  2. There is snow and mud and gold in this beautiful work.
I love the face of the hirtenmadel (complete wonder and acceptance), and the chickens and the tools, and the gold in the stable, the landscape. I see a wonderful small temple in the hills. The green wooden chappel means to me a unity of nature and faith.
Snow and mud and gold. How beautiful.

  3. I feel you beside me, a dream from since I was young is true. Friendship and understanding, the right words in the right moments, watching and giving energy and shelter to my work and all these animal-children. THANK YOU BOTH !!
