Noch ein Bild angefangen

Szene im Dorf
Wegen einer aktuellen Inspiration hatte ich keine Zeit, das letzte Gemälde weiter zu malen. Ist aber auch nicht schlecht, an zwei oder mehreren Bildern gleichzeitig zu malen, für mich eine neue, tolle Erfahrung.

Ich mußte diesen Rohentwurf unbedingt auf die Fläche bringen, da ich gegen Morgen einen Traum hatte, den ich auf keinen Fall verblassen lassen wollte. Es war eine sehr friedliche Szene in einem Bayerwald-Dorf, so um diese Zeit, also Vorwinter bzw. Frühwinter. Menschen haben sich am Dorfplatz getroffen und sehr schön miteinander kommuniziert. Etliche Blechfiguren - halb lebendig - von mir waren auch dabei und inspirierten die Leute.

Ausgelöst wurde dieser Traum sicher durch meine Kontakte mit Kollnburg, wo ich nächste Woche dreißig Blech-Engel an die Häuserfassaden anbringen werde.

    Your new painting shows the beginnings of your inspiration and excitement! It glows with light and I like the way the buildings are positioned, they seem gathered around like the people are.

    Yes, working on more than one painting agrees with me too. Many artists do this:)

  2. This is a lovely little scene you have started painting, Dori! I can only imagine how beautiful your 30 angels will look when they are in front of the houses in Kollnburg. I hope you show us many pictures!

    1. Dear Angela, I am happy about your visit here and virtual in Kollnburg! Next Wensday we plan to start the happening, o dear, I need four arms to feed all my dear animals and myself... I think there will be a lot of photos :) (I know myself!) the whole region is waiting for, and I feel like unreal...

  3. In this village I see a wonderful golden light of expectance ... animals and people feel it and they are waiting filled with confidence ... because ... Angels will come, so many angels ... and then the Child ... I even see the promise of the new Jerusalem.
